New directions

This package is for you if you are just starting your career, and want help setting achievable goals to develop a long-term career plan. It also applies to those who are mid-career and are looking to transition into a new role. Build your confidence and fast track your development by working with one of our coaches on your specific coaching objectives and achieve results in 1-3 months. Areas include career planning and development, personal brand, resume editing, building your networking skills, preparing for interviews, navigating those early days in your new role, and more.

Regular coaching:

  • 4 coaching sessions in first 60 days enabling accelerated progress
